With decades of combined emergency room and critical care experience at every facility and at least one Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Doctor on-site at all times, we’re proud to provide you with the quality emergency care you deserve.
Our physicians are all Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Doctors with at least five years of experience in hospital emergency rooms. They have the expertise and experience required to treat even the most severe cases.
Our physician assistants and nurse practitioners have had at least five years of experience in hospital emergency rooms. They pride themselves on making every patient’s experience as easy as possible by listening and taking the time to understand their medical needs.
Our nurses have at least three years of combined emergency room or critical care experience. While comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, they love having the opportunity to work more closely with patients like you at GuideWell Emergency Doctors.
Each facility features on-staff CT and imaging technologists who perform complex scans usually only available in hospitals. We go above and beyond by having certified CT techs perform X-rays as well. And they act fast. Results are available in 30 minutes or less for CT scans and 60 minutes for ultrasounds and X-rays.
Every clinic has a full generalist diagnostic lab staffed by licensed medical lab technicians and medical technologists. Their extensive background and training mean they can perform any tests available in an ER on-site at our clinics. They love being able to work directly with patients like you in our clinics, unlike in hospital labs.
Each patient is assigned a patient care coordinator for their visit. They’re there to guide you to your exam room, make sure you’re comfortable and help begin your care. After your visit, they make sure you understand your discharge notes. Our patient care coordinators pride themselves on making your visit comfortable and hassle-free while providing you with the highest quality care.
Our front office staff is dedicated to making sure you get seen as quickly as possible. If you need immediate attention, they can quickly evaluate you and get you into a room to see a doctor before you are even checked in. They’re also experts at helping you understand all your financial options, including insurance and self-pay.
Our emergency care services treat everything from major conditions to minor injuries for patients of all ages, including newborns, seniors, and even first trimester pregnancies. And we’re certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Walk-ins are welcome and we accept most insurances.
