What are your hours?
We accept patients Monday-Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturday – Sunday 9am to 4pm.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept most insurance plans, Medicare, as well as self-pay patients. We currently do not accept Medicaid.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointments are necessary — visit us for major medical conditions, as well as minor illness and injuries. Click here for a list of our services.
Do you treat children?
Yes, we offer services for all ages, including pediatric urgent care.
Who are your doctors?
In-house Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians and Registered Nurses with ER experience are available during all hours of operation.

A visit to GuideWell Emergency Doctors is typically 2 to 3 times less expensive for major care than those incurred at a typical hospital-based ER, including imaging and labs.
Do you provide referrals?
Yes, GuideWell Emergency Doctors provides excellent post-care follow up, including referrals to your Primary Care physician and local specialists, admissions to hospitals or outpatient surgical centers, and more.
